    Hopefully they have good Chicago beers on tap at O’Hare. Cali is a great state for drinking beers, it’s so big that one can find plenty of quality beers! Make the best of it, and I hope you enjoy your trip!

    Clear and sparkly light gold body; lively carbonation; thick and creamy head, some legs and flecks of lacing stick to the glass. Grassy and and herbal aroma. Lightly toasted malt base with a mild sense of berries and melon with a moderate hop bitterness; white grape must. Generally light body; somewhat dry; crisp.

    A fine and very drinkable pilsner

    Done with work for the day, got some home made buffalo wings in the works. Having a local American Trappist brew - I think it's pretty fresh, best by date of 11/21/2021. Tastes great, it's been a while since I've had this one.
