    That last beer was pretty good. This one is even better. I could pinch myself! I have a lot of weight on my shoulders right now. I couldn't wait to leave the NE area when I lived there. I was longing for youth (in PA) that I could never reclaim. Could I see myself in Massachusetts permanently? Yes, but that's a conversation for another time and place. Cheers, advocates!!!

    Sure thing! My process is pretty simple. I drizzle a little olive oil over the wings and then sprinkle them with crushed Thai Chilies. Then I bake them for 1 hour at 400 degrees (preheated oven).

    I like making homemade buffalo sauce, but since I discovered this it's my preference, absolutely delicious. I put it in a glass dish and throw it in the oven with the wings about 15 minutes before they're done just to heat it up, then I toss the wings in this sauce. That's it!

    This is hands down the best buffalo sauce I've ever had, I could drink the stuff, it's that good.

    Just a word of caution - when you're baking wings they give off a lot of steam - be careful when you open the oven or you'll end up with a nasty steam burn on your fingers - I know from experience.

    Excellent clear amber body; nice slow-rise carbonation; thick and creamy white head; thick rings of lacing circle the glass. Fine toasted malt aroma with notes with a mild sugary edge; quiet caramel. Beautifully rich light caramel flavor; esters add a nice fruity edge; hop bitterness balances everything out. Medium body; soft and warm.

    This is a fine Vienna lager, rich and smooth with a nice touch of warmth to add to the pleasure.
