    This is quite an intriguing coffee and cascara Gose from Slovakia, aged in red wine barrels, with a rather complex and well-balanced array of flavors, with a decent coffee presence as well as a distinct, tannic and earthy oak character, with a good lactic acidity and hints of estery fruit/spice and sea salt.

    [​IMG] Poured into a 13 oz Teku glass best before 9/30/2020. Pours a very hazy dark yellow 2 finger sticky white head that leaves thin streaks of lace as it slowly settles. 4.5

    Smell is tangerine, papaya, cantaloupe, pineapple, and apricot. 4.25

    Taste follows tangerine, papaya, cantaloupe, pineapple, apricot, and a little white grapefruit low on bitterness, but really big on flavor. 4.25

    Mouthfeel is bigger than medium, soft gentle carbonation, not dry or sticky, and at 6.1% ABV drinks more like 7%. 4.75

    Overall this is a really impressive rather sessionable NEIPA from Lithermans Limited. Nice brew. 4.25

    This beer is a 5 IMO. I'd pay and buy at least 2 boxes if available. That's why I have one left cause I bought 2.

    I have the same problem with 18th Street. Whenever I'm back home in Indiana I always pass their IPA's up because they don't date stamp and I've been burned in the past. Their Stouts? That's a different story. :yum:

    Strymon makes some great pedals, I love my Big Sky pedal. (Pricey, but sounds great.) Are those TV Jones pickups? That combination you have really works well together.
