    I'm barely sneaking this in for the deadline as I understand it, but we had our Beef Wellington for dinner and it was fantastic...

    Spent most of the drinking evening introducing my friends to various whiskies...

    One of them was a pairing of Bale Breaker's Dormancy with Kavalan, a Taiwanese whisky which is pretty darn good.

    It's almost become a specialty of my wife's. It's a lot of work, but she has it down now. Delicious.

    Hey LJ - I took about 30 images trying to get bees. The plant is catnip which honey bees love - I wanted 3-4 in the image but the little dudes wouldn't cooperate. I wasn't sure anyone would notice = good eye!

    Bearded Iris' Tunnel Vision DDH with Citra, a NEIPA hopped with Mosaic, Citra and El Dorado oil, then double dry hopped with Citra.
