Same, except that Germany probably was a bit ahead of us (as often) before we could get a hold of it. Very tasty brew, but I could say the same about the three other I’ve had today (gah!).

Me too. Not be found here at the moment. And they ship mainland UK only.
I got some with the the same shipment containing Lambo Door from Denmark recently.

Sticking to the Porter theme of my first post, I am currently drinking Flying Dog Gonzo Imperial Porter. 10% ABV. I don’t see much about this brewery on here and it has me curious. Are they under appreciated and/or poorly distributed, as I’ve had about a dozen beers from them and actually hold the brewery in fairly high regard. Having said that, I really think this Porter will benefit from some aging, as it’s a little hot. I bought a six pack, so will sit a few and see what happens. Cheers.

A gift from last Christmas and am pretty happy as a clumsy dude to have two of them.

I’m showered and cool, and don’t want to spray myself for mosquitoes, so I’m headed back indoors to start dinner prep...every Tuesday we get a box from “Chef Ami” with the ingredients for 3 dinners for 2 people. I make minor adjustments as I deem needed to feed three adults per meal. Lots of fun, great recipes, impeccable food, I’m learning in the process, and cost per meal/per adult is about $6.66 a head. Tonight is Steak Sandwiches with Vintage Cheddar and Broccoli Slaw Salad. Cheers!

They don’t care if it’s legal or not. Which is a large problem especially for me personally in which I think the world would be a much better place if everyone just minded their own business lol. Not showing up to work stoned then there shouldn’t be a problem. Plus if I smoke a month ago you gonna pull my hair follicle and I fail? It’s nonsense

    Timber Ales -- People Power

Milky, soft yellow body; thick and billowy white head, creamy; patches and legs of sticky foam cling to the glass. Strong herbal and citrus pith aroma; just a bare hint of lemon. Tart and bitter taste initially; biscuit and oat grain flavors; herb bowl resin; bare presence of mango; boozy. Heavy body; silky and smooth; alcohol heat cutting through the residual sugar body; rather dry at the finish.

This beer delivers the usual alcohol-intense, dry-hopped murky IPA experience. Perhaps a tad boozy and lacking any fresh fruit notes, but seems to fit the style profile for an amped-up hazy IPA.

I loved them when they were in Colorado and the craft beer playing field was narrower. Then they pulled up stakes and moved to Frederick, MD and distro to Colorado lapsed for a long time, so other beers filled the spot.

Gonzo was always a favorite, and Road Dog, and many of their special brews. I'll still pick up a sixer of Gonzo or one of their IPAs, but not like I used to. I think their quality is still about the same, so good (sometimes great) beers overall.

Pomona Island (UK) - Killian Is Lying To You.

While I'm not really sure if this strictly qualifies as a table beer, it certainly makes for an excellent, low-ABV American Pale Ale, a style that Pomona Island excel at particularly. While this naturally doesn't pack as much flavour as a regular IPA, it's still rather impressive just how much zesty citrus goodness they managed to squeeze into the 3.3% ABV here.

I really expected to love this beer. I do not, but it's certainly not bad.

Kind of a chilly day today in NJ makes me feel like a RIS. The only one I could find on the shelf was Old Rasputin always a good choice and a bargain at $9.99 a 4 Pack.

I generally don't get triggered over little things but this picture made the Georgian in me a little bit sad. The correct way (or the way I prefer anyway) is the slice the peach all around down to the pit. You want to make the cut perpendicular to the way the pit of the peach is. Basically slice side to side rather than to bottom. After that you can give it a little twist with half a peach in each hand and you end up with two perfect half peaches

Wasn't the plan, but the fridge door, the garage floor, and gravity colluded to pop this bottle for me, so I'm doing the only sensible thing. Cheers!

Not sure if you like electronic music or not, I used to be big into some good dubstep/dnb/electro/house/trap for a little while back in the day before the Skrillex era, used to DJ a little too and record some mixes. This was a big tune!

I'm really not that much into electronic music at all, to be honest, except for some Industrial stuff, but given that can design and name, I just had to post the Running Man theme :stuck_out_tongue:.
