Oof. Let Friday begin. Done Zooming. Time to beer. LOGUE.
Love Allagash white, and now that it’s packaged in 15 packs, it is frequently found in my refrigerator!
Hop Butcher Riwakamania IPA (Riwaka/Citra). Unique hop profile with the Riwaka in there. Ripe passionfruit, ruby red grapefruit flesh and pith, clementine juice and peel, mango juice, pineapple, white pear, grass, floral. Good stuff.
Ramstein Oktoberfest. Probably the yeastiest Oktoberfest I've ever had. cheers!
More Fieldwork. Nice Mosaic. Blueberry, mango, melon rind. Soft and semi-dry. Thanks @Snrubnivek!
I had enough and took a mental health day. We are having perfect weather for camping. I am holed up in a state park with a few beers that never disappoint.
Sour Monkey and fancy potato chips is all need.
Great after a bike ride. Weekend is off to a great start.
An IPA brewed by Ardent.
Splitting some Hop Cream from Tired Hands with the gf. The marshmallow notes are as advertised. I was someone hesitant to dive into this one, but it's pretty damn good. Cheers.
Printing your labels upside down is stupid. Delivering 9 day old IPA is not...
Cooking dinner now. Cheers all!
Other half loose diamonds, almost session-y ipa. Eets ok.
Still trying to drink all the amazing beers @ovaltine sent me in NBS BIF #11 six months ago.
Happy Birthday my friend, many many more.
Happy birthday, @mschrei! Congratulations, @Bhubbard34!
More Vanilla Double Marbles. Cheers to the weekend BA!
This one is about 2 months old and still tastes purrfect
couple of good ole drinking songs
Kicking off the weekend with this liquid refreshment. Going to have dinner and then help a buddy move a big trampoline. Also attending at least part of my soccer game And watching the Cardinals vs. Padres.
Some Equilibrium Fractal Nelson / Galaxy. I had to buy when I saw the Nelson.
Watching some news. What a crazy last 24 hours. 2020 seems to increasingly be sending right jab and left hook combos at a rate that has got me gasping for breath.
Turning to Prince for some soul soothing tones.
Maaannn, why did I open a Bigfoot? Ugh, bad move.
You know, barleywine fans have very strong opinions on the whole American vs. English debate. I definitely have my side, and I genuinely believe there's no comparison. I'm not actually going to reveal my barleywine party preference, but I will say, Bigfoot is fantastic.... for an IPA
New Oberpfaltz Oktoberfest Lager. My go-to local festbier. Outstanding.
Cheers to y'all!
Found myself digging into Russian Circles after watching a Zoom cover of an Alice in Chains song in which the RC guitar player played lead. You get me I hope...
I have a tradition of drinking a Revolution Barrel Aged beer on whatever ends up being the last day of the Cubs season.
Unfortunately, today is that day.
Oh well, at least we won it once in my lifetime.
Win or lose, still my favorite sports fan song ever.
Humpty Dumpty had a great fall!
My last Brain Scramblies. I'll miss you.
What goes around, comes around.
This is the perfect Oktoberfest for Florida - golden and crisp, thirst-quenching, and quaffable. I remember when I first tried this beer years ago and being surprised by the color and feel. Surely this must be a mistake for an Oktoberfest as I expected the style to be only amber and full-bodied. I have learned a lot since then.
The Jewels, Hop Butcher for The World. Cheers.
Filed under: "Go big or go home." Bell's Double Two Hearted. Cheers!
This IPA needs no introduction.
Stickee Monkey 2018. Very very nice. Not sure why they call it a quad, very barleywine vibe, a little estery, this bottling is drinking great right now.
Back with numero tres.
Finkel & Garf dry hopped keller Pils.
Another Italian Pils attempt? Ok.
Not bad though. Cheers. Too bad about the Cubs but as my wife said in passing a few moments ago, "hey well remember what also happened in 2016 after the Cubs won it all?" She's superstitious that way.
Having a hippie chick after a long day ...
Page 4 on a Friday?!?!?!?!
What the hell, man, just what the hell?!?!?!?
Time to take a break from the fresh hops...I'm going to try this nice, light little.....bwahahaha no, that's not what's happening.
Say hello to Notorious, Boneyard's Triple IPA. I think it's an incredibly intense west coast style IPA clocking in at 11.8% abv. It's going to be disturbingly easy to drink both pints of it tonight. Some people on here have tried it, I'm sure, although as far as I know Boneyard doesn't can or bottle it (that may have changed in covid19 times). For those of you who haven't...well, if you like this style of beer, too bad for you. I'll enjoy it on your behalf.
Not a huge pumpkin beer fan but I do like to have a few every season. This is one of the best out there. Subtle pie spice and a hint of pumpkin sweetness. Pretty well balanced. Tröegs Master of Pumpkins.
Happy birthday, @mschrei, and hope everyone else is having a great day. First round tonight goes to Bolero Snort's Bullyjuice DIPA with Galaxy, Mosaic, and Sultana. Nice fruity flavors with a bitter finish. Nicely done.
At Wild Provisions Beer Project aka 4 Noses enjoying a Foeder Oktoberfest Marzen. Prost!
