Moving on with a Westbrook R&R Galaxy
#2, I’ll join my beer nerd friend @nc41 and enjoy a BIB offering from Russian River. Outstanding, IMHO.
otra NORTHERN HEMISPHERE
I'm going to pass on the hazies tonight. I'm in the mood to drink actual beer. LMAO. Cheers, advocates.
Don't love it. Don't Hate it. - It's a new beer tick that I've been wanting to try but refused to buy a four pack of an IPA with no date stamp. Found some single cans available today. But hey, it's a style I dig so all's good.
Pernicious....Imgur us working for me, Postimage isn't...
Howdy to all mah drunk ponies.
Finally time for a 2nd. I'm a little daffy after a day of Zooming. ..but cheers!
Fremont. Field to Ferment and the first of many small pre-birthday pre gifting.
I'll drink it as long as they send it.
Milkshake time, cheers!
Ya. Great massage, get the hot stones with a Swedish deep tissue. Then if you like Italian food, Vinnies is about a stones throw away. I’m Italian, and they make the best Red clam sauce with linguini Fra Diavlo I’ve ever had. Hot and nicely spicy.
Having another Triple Crossing DIPA. I wish they would release new stuff weekly rather than biweekly although there have been many exceptions to this.
Anyway, cheers my friends.
Ooooo I know!!!!
I had the Daily Serving and was really impressed.
Dang. This beer is tasty.
For those who might think this is a recycled pic, carefully note the decay of the dahlia.
Fresh Hop Crikey
Southern Yankee (Houston, TX) Brewery rum barrel age Caber Toss wee heavy Scottish ale - excellent with the tomato basil quiche tonight!
Trillium knows how to add fruit to beer, for sure. Cheers!
Never tried them yet but those Twice Daily look on par with the best breweries offering similar heavily fruited sours. Lots of pulp and thickness. I could name the other breweries excelling at this as well but I am sure you are already familiar with them.
Bottle Logic Brewing
Nice. I’m siciliano on my mother’s side - sounds good!
Karbach Hopadillo, at the 2nd best Sushi place in Fayetteville, has the best view. Son#2’s 17th Birthday
I'm at The Mountain Layers Brewery in beautiful downtown Bryson City NC.
Enjoying The Blaze of Fall in the beautiful Smoky Mountains of NC.
I'm here for some hiking, camping and whitewater kayaking.
On to the beer, I'm drinking a Whaddayear Classic Belgian Wit.
Clean, classic with a little bit of yeastiness.
I was impressed, it was a nice break, if it was readily available I’d keep a few around.
I haven't had any 450 North, Veil, Mortalis, or Burley Oak Jreams etc I don't think, but these are the fruitiest beers I have ever encountered. It was sort of a progression for them, first with oak aged sour and wild beers, then they moved into fruited gose, and now this year they made a line of fruited Berliner weisses that are even fruitier. Their fruit beers have always been fruity, but these Daily Serving beers are off the charts fruity, definitely pulpy and thick. The good thing about them too is there is no lactose or vanilla, and they don't taste like dessert smoothies, just like fresh concentrated fruit in thick smoothie form. Really delicious beers if you like the fruit in them.
Last of the six pack. Brewed by Ardent in Richmond, Virginia.
Good Evening Heathens,
I wish your son a happy birthday. Soon son and dad will be able to knock down brews at a local brewery.
