We haven’t eaten inside a restaurant or bar since March. With Fat Heads doing curbside or even delivery, we’re lucky. We’re doing a lot more takeout than usual to support local restaurants and businesses. Tough for me to judge others without knowing details, and we have a house member with leukemia so we’re cautious in normal circumstances. As always, your mileage may vary.

Are you near Hop Sing Laundromat? I hope to get there once the coast is clear.

Yeah, that's gotta be some in-house queso take on whiz. I'll pass. As for the other cheeses you mentioned, to each their own. If you're eating an authentic philly, you're good with me! Cheers!

I agree for the most part, but to be fair the virus would only be on your hands and everything you touch if you are not wearing a mask and cough or sneeze or blow your nose and don't wash or sanitize after. It's not like the virus leaches out of your skin, it is mostly airborne and from your breath, so servers or bartenders that keep a mask on correctly and aren't infected shouldn't pose a risk. What sucks is they have to deal with customers that could be posing a risk and maybe don't seem to care. Tough times for everybody and unless we change our ways it's not going to get any better. I refused to have a birthday party this year or go to any gatherings. I hung out with a few people unmasked, but in a group or in public there is just too many chances. My mom is a nurse as well and had to deal with an outbreak at her place early this year. Fortunately she has been safe from it and now I think her place is cleared from patients that have it. If it wasn't for her spacesuit and mask I'm not so sure if she'd be in good health though. She gets tested every week as well and I've only seen her a few times this year since the holidays are pretty much to-go now.

Infinite Skills Create Miracles by Equilibrium. This is another ode to Gang Starr, which is a play off my last beer, Above the Clouds. It's nice to see them supporting hip-hop, as well as thirsty beer drinkers like me. Best of both worlds. Cheers!

There is a brewery in NY called Rising Storm that plays old school hiphop all day and has a whole series of beers called "It was written". I think they have some random Wu-Tang themed stuff there as well

It’s made from very, very spicey peppers and originally from Tunisia. I’ll let you look up any recipes. Cheers!

    Good evening Advocates!
    I'm drinking a

Poppels Bryggeri (SWE) - SOUR FRUIT ALE STRAWBERRY DAIQUIRI - Fruit Sour (4,5%).

4.5% Sour Fruit Ale with strawberry, raspberry and mint.
Recently bought, expiry date shown in the can: 08/06/2021.
Immediately fresh strawberry on the nose, almost like a smoothie.
Impenetrable salmon color (very opaque), just the exact same color that characterizes this can of Poppels.
Abundant foam, tasty and evanescent but not too much (it takes a while to fade by itself, to remain only in a superficial veil).
In the mouth triumph of fruit: obviously predominant strawberry. But I also immediately distinguish the raspberry.
Barely perceptible balsamic note before a sour that suggests a certain astringency, but which actually fades as quickly as it reaches its peak, and in the mouth an absolutely distinguishable aftertaste of cereal remains (there is also wheat in addition to barley malt) .
You may like it or not (I fully agree with the nickname "Moder Surol" that appears on the back of the can), but each of its characterizing ingredients is distinguishable in the drink, so it is undoubtedly a successful product, which I believe has fully reflected the intentions of those who he brewed it.
This last point is the thing that pleased me about the beer which, I repeat, is particular but absolutely adheres to the description that is made of it in a can.
Appreciable, even if the MANGO! MANGO! MANGO! of this same brewery there are two, if not three, steps up for my personal taste.

Queso, no thanks. But I can see some sharp provolone being the business.
