Next Coast as we sit by the fire discussing retirement. She says 24 months, I say 12. If things work out I may have 12 months alone with her working......damn the bad luck....
Unless there's a financial or health insurance issue, pop smoke!

Jet black body; very respectable khaki colored head, dense and thick. An interesting smell of raspberries and light bourbon; sweet with a bit of chocolate lurking in the background. Huge milk chocolate and cocoa flavor backbone with a well-balanced bourbon note surfing the top; mildly bitter; raw oak way in the background. Heavy, heavy body; silky and creamy; velvety texture coats the palate with a rich, chocolaty sweetness; bold yet reined in boozy warmth.
Rhino Suit brings on the density and richness of an incredibly brewed and barrel-aged stout. It's heavy with sludgy, dully sweet goodness and braces things with a bold bourbon kick. Very complex, intensely delicious.
Braxton Labs' Smoothie. Wild berry.
Not great, not bad. Consistency is medium thick. Good berry flavor. Aftertaste is slightly off-putting.
I'm at Buffalo wild wings with my dad. Goose island wild herd kolsch. Refreshing crisp grains and mellow fruity yeast flavors.
I think this is a Kolsch style beer. Brewed by Other Half.
On this fine day of rest I am blowing out sprinklers in preparation for the cold to come. I hope it comes soon to help the firefighters that have worked for months keeping homes safe. One last fu k you to winter up my sleeve though. Smoking spare ribs and enjoying a bierstadt marzen out front while ensuring all water is purged from the irrigation.
Ale. It's an ale and I'm pissed about it. Lol
Had one of those earlier. What a great beer.
Changing pace with a Gose, courtesy of @Roguer , Cigar City Margarita Gose. Nice lil brewski!

Collab from AZ Wilderness & Mahrsbrau Bamberg. Franconian style lager at 4.4% abv. Hellsgate Helles. 'For those who dwell, where it's hotter than hell.' I live in San Antone currently, count me in.
I used to have a sims deck that had a pimped out uncle Sam on the bottom. That can art reminds me of it so much.
New to the area .. Three Floyds Alpha King ..
Since I intend this guitar primarily for jazz, here's a little jazz ditty ..
And my question is -- WHY? That's a whole serving of pasta for me just on his utensils
OK, if I'm going to get weird with the IPAs today, I may as well go full weird.
Stillwater Duck Sauce
Needed something to wet the whistle. This local never lets me down.
Hot boneless wings, seasoned fries, and a hopped grapefruit cider. Super refreshing stuff!

rated out for me to a 4.94 I could easily drink multiple cans, looks heavy but drinks light.
Poured into a pint glass yields a fluffy 1 finger head and moderate lacing, it's color looks a lot like a glass of orange juice.
Aroma is tropical and citrus as in oranges, pineapple, mango and pink grapefruit.
Taste is tropical fruit juice, orange juice and hints of mango and sweetened grapefruit.
Mouthfeel is full, medium carbonation and smooth. Slightly sticky sweet with a mild bitter citrus rind finish.
Overall I feel it's a perfectly balanced NEDIPA juice bomb. It's sweet but not overly sweet, the citrus and tropical fruits come out but not over powering and it has a nice slightly bitter finish that lends to a lingering orange taste.
Sounds great. And I love the Art Deco headstock and tuning pegs (says a guy who may have been daydreaming earlier today on Sweetwater).
Tapping into some of the bottles and cans brought home from up north. First up, Garden Party, a wine barrel aged Biere de Garde.
Sitting here waiting for @Knapp85 and decided to crack this cellar pull. Little does he know, besides doing a bottle share we're also watching baseball tonight.
Sweetwater is dangerous lol!!!! I do really like the jazz tone of that guitar, exactly what I was looking for,
Thoughts and prayers friend
Recycled pic, but it looks exactly the same!
Ology's Resolved Enigma. Respectable west coast IPA.

Having enjoyed several beers this afternoon, followed by a hearty meal, I’m in the mood for something big, sweet and desserty, but don’t want to open a bomber or even a pint. I can get on board with this 8oz. format.
Apple cider brined pork chop (apple cider, salt, rosemary, thyme, sage, winter savory, black pepper) with a glaze of apricot jelly (couldn’t find apple), apple brandy, butter and apple cider vinegar. Grilled Granny Smith apples with salt, pepper, cinnamon and the glaze.
Reverse seared the pork chop. Baked in the oven to 105 and finished it on the grill to medium rare.
