I don't have my kids today, and I love Halloween. It is a beautiful day. Here is why I am not giving out candy today, during a pandemic. The last couple years I experienced lots of cars pulling up to my block that did a clown-car of having like thirty kids emerge from a Honda Civic, that were apparently all instructed to walk only on grass, and specifically, to throw candy wrappers on my lawn. Also, large groups of teenagers coming up saying, "We don't have costumes, but can we have candy?" I closed all the shades today. The doorbell has not made a sound. I looked out of the window. Full clown-cars of kids everywhere! Apparently they are being mindful of participation like never before. I kind of feel bad now. What is your experience, BA?
