    Went to the farmers’ market, had a pretty aggressively paced 4-mile run, and now I’m reading with all of the windows open in this shockingly pretty 75 degree November weather.

    It's too nice out to be inside so I've got the Chiefs on the crappy little TV in the garage so I can be outside and run in to watch some plays. Sitting in the garage now with this decent pilsner hoping the Chiefs hang on.

    When I was in 5th grade the school cafeteria wasn't finished so we ate in our classroom. My teacher put on Art Fleming's Jeopardy for us to watch during lunch.

    Order 'em!?

    I'll tell you what to do...

    Get the following:
    • 3# or so of wings
    • Franks Red Hot Buffalo Sauce and/or Secret Aardvark red and/or green hot sauce
    • Two Tbsp of butter
    • Paprika (smoked or plain
    Next, heat up the oven to 400℉

    Line a standard cake pan with foil and spray or rub a light coating of oil on it

    Lay your wings in the pan, skin side up

    Sprinkle on some paprika

    Toss 'em into the over for 25-30 minutes, then flip 'em over and bake another 25-30 minutes

    In the meantime, melt the butter and splash in your hot sauce(s) and mix until you have a somewhat thick body

    Pull the wings from the oven, coat/toss 'em in your sauce, push 'em into your face...

    It's incredibly easy and they wind up being damn good eating...

    Don't take my word for it, Rocket the Wonder Dog also loves these spicy chicken wings...:stuck_out_tongue:
