The best ipa produced by either brewery, I would argue.
Was saving a couple of acquisitions from Transmitter Brewing at the Brooklyn Navy Yards (Brooklyn, NY) for a celebratory event an Thanksgiving seemed the right one. Absolutely spot on: just delicious.
It's got the look, it's got the feel, and it's got the taste of a top notch Dubbel. Gotta get back to my Brooklyn roots.

Light color, very clean. Transparent.
Soft foam hat and subscribe.
On the nose weedy and spicy notes.
In the mouth the malty part prevails with notes of bread crust, cereals and a light honeyy hint.
On the fional of the drink emerges a dry, non-astringent bitterness that invites a new sip.
Very drinkable, truly in style.
Enjoyable both "alone" or accompanied with food. It can be found in different conditions, depending on freshness and conservation ... in particular this one seems to me in good shape.
