    Back to the fun tomorrow. I am thankful to be working now, but think a lot more people could be working if we were smarter & less short-sighted. I for one would like my Son's School district to go virtual for a few weeks and just let these numbers calm the hell down. Tired of seeing hospitilization & death records getting broke again & again

    Greetings and happy new year BAs! Long time no see.
    Tonight was a homemade "flight" of Burgeon Beer Co.
    Purchased from Windsor Homebrew Supply Co. in Costa Mesa.

    Burgeon is based out of Carlsbad, CA. While they brew and excel in a variety of beers, they specialize in single hop IPAs in their Keep It series using flower, pellet and cryo forms of the hop they choose for that rotation. They are celebrating their fourth anniversary soon.

    Great video about the origins and story of Burgeon:
    (I do not own the channel nor am I associated with it in any way, just a fan that's sad the channel doesn't put out new content)

    Up first was Pistil, a pilsner.
    Details: Pilsner malt & Carafoam with German Perle & Saphir.

    Second was Cloud Cast, a double dry-hopped Pale Ale.
    Details: 2-Row, Marris Otter, pale & unmalted wheat with Riwaka, Nelson & Cascade (NZ).

    Lastly, Citra By-The-Sea, a hazy IPA.
    Details: 2-Row, pale wheat & Carafoam with Citra & Citra Cryo.

    All really great (all 4+ out of 5 from me on Untappd) and I'm looking forward to the remaining two beers from them I have left in my fridge.

    Saw them on the Us tour-probably the third best show I've ever seen. And again in 2012 on the Back to Front tour where they played So in it's entirety.
