    There are many beers posted regularly here that I wish made their way to Chicago. I hope Treehouse, Alchemist, Lawson’s will one day reach Chicago, even via a one time drop.

    Fat Heads is distributed as close as Indiana. I want to stock up on several of their beers this Summer on a Indiana (Three Floyds and Fat Heads) and Wisconsin (3 Sheeps, New Glarus and Central Waters) road trip.

    Til then I’m enjoying local and my cellar.

    Pipeworks Close Encounter, a solid Black IPA.

    I'm glad I'm not the only one. I can't stand when people don't post any pics or when they only include a can/bottle (with some exceptions where you have to drink from a can/bottle). Part of the fun here is to see beer pours.

    Don't be lazy, post pics! And if you don't care enough, then why post at all?

    Listen Im not the fkn WBAYN police but most of the people take the time to just post a quick pic- its not hard to do. We have a bunch of brand new or just people revisiting and thats awesome - the more the merrier. It makes it alot more fun when you share a few thoughts about the beer, your day or how you wiped your ass. Plus we see lables and the look. So if a beer seems like something we like its easier to seek out. There are vets here that dont post pics and I totally respect that when you have been here forever and youve reviewed thousands of brews. Theres been a few of these newbies throwing out lists of beers theyve had and nothing else. For me personally that does nothing. I can look at lists all day long. It provides no info and is boring. Its a virtual bar. Make it a bit interesting. Rant over. And goodnight.
