    I never really let my cardio slide, but between 12-15 month ago my best friend's mother, my mother-in-law and my mother all passed away. Also, there was Covid, so I let the strength stuff go to shit for almost a year. It was BRUTAL getting going again, but now I'm flying. The body is an amazing thing. Cheers.
