    I thought that was either thyme or rosemary. I usually go Tuscany style on the grill, but that sounds interesting. I marinaded a steak recently in a coffee porter, turned out fantastic. I'm going to experiment with some more beer marinades this summer. Cheers!

    Hop Butcher Riwakamania (Strata/Riwaka). Really good NEIPA. Pillowy soft, but not super heavy or sweet. Great hop character. Lemon and ruby red grapefruit sorbet, lemon meringue, candied lemon and grapefruit peel, tangelo, ripe meyer lemon, grapefruit pith, some diesely cannabis, lemongrass, pine resin.
