Had 2 full pours at the taproom. Bought a 32 crowler for home
Beautiful beer: transparent reddish dark amber body, decent tall fine head the dissipates somewhat quickly
    Smell: honey comb, toasted bread
Taste: Honey comb, toasted bread, hints of dark fruit and caramel. Smooth and sweet. The flavor notes change significantly with temperature change on this beer.
    feel: slightly thin mouth feel
I like it, somewhat a honey bock.

I am the first person to review a beer from this brewery.

A new beer from Bells, from @Whyteboar. We get Bells here, but I’ve never had this one.

Fruity, moderate bitterness, can’t miss the double part, creamy mouthfeel, much more balanced than Most IPAs. Love Bells beers, this one is dangerously drinkable. I’d say it’s outstanding, maybe 4.25 or so.

Thin Man Brewing Co. -- Eradicator (doppelbock)

    4.02/5 rDev 0%
    look: 4.25 | smell: 4 | taste: 4 | feel: 4 | overall: 4

Very dark garnet colored body; incredibly dense and creamy head, khaki in color; tiny flecks of foam pepper the glass. Toffee with a touch of coffee on the nose; roasted grains. Rich flavors; German chocolate cake; a fine underlying bitterness; cocoa and malted milk balls. Generally heavy body yet feels a bit watery initially, ends with a slight residual sugar stickiness; sweet mouthfeel.

This is a fine doppelbock. It delivers some pronounced chocolate notes, hides its ABV quite well, and offsets the robust sweetness with a low-key hop bitterness. The canning date is "Dec-28-2020 11:01".
