    The champagne of beers from Michigan! The Miami Heat came out strong, out of respect for Pat Riley, but now they are just trying to go to South Beach on Saturday night, without having to go to work until fall!

    Triple Mosaic Daydream from Other Half. If you like Mosaic, this one is really on point. So many interesting notes from this hop, including blueberry and lemon zest. Lovely.

    Hehe, there is a brewery in my old home town Champaign, IL. Called The Blind Pig. Their motto has always been, we aren't the Champagne of Beers, just the beer of Champaign :slight_smile:
