    Clear, pale yellow body; excellent carbonation; thick and frothy white head, rocky and sculpted. Outstandingly fresh and floral aroma; perfumy. Clean, delicate and refreshing taste; light cereal grain flavor; jasmine; subtle bitterness. Light to moderate mouthfeel; gentle, semi-sweet mouthfeel.

    This is a pleasurable, refined and tasty lager enhanced with jasmine rice sometime during its creation. Collaboration with Breakside Brewery.

    Chicagoj today! Thanks for breaking the seal on today's thread!
    Summit Triumphant now after a 6.5 mile power walk in doggie doo heat/humidity. Yucky. Hoping for rain.
    I walked 2.5 mi to the nearest brewery (my original goal) and they were closed for another 1.5 hrs. (3PM)
    Soooo...they don't get my $. My fitness waits for no one.
    This is a great low cal low carb 4% seesion IPA and should set me up nicely for my next new beer adventure coming up shortly here...
    and here's another little shot from An Port, CO. Donegal Rep of Ireland. An ancient village. Tis lovely is it not?

    Setting up camp for the night…my RV is 10’ from the edge of the lake…drinking a new to me beer in my brand new glass from the brewery - Burial’s “Naturally Tangential Fascinations”, DIPA brewed with Simcoe Cryo and Centennial in the whirlpool; DDH with Galaxy, Simcoe, Centennial & Idaho 7:

    Much more to my liking. The Simcoe is earthy but not cat pissy. The rest of the hops play nice with good balance between citrus and tropical fruit flavors. Firm malt base, not sweet. Full and fluffy (which I could do without) and just the slightest astringency in mouth (which I could also do without). I can drink this beer, but not 2 in a row. Cheers gang!
