I agree with you 100%. Best IPA I can get not having to drive to a local brewery. And the price is very reasonable.

 

Round two of operation beer fridge clean out. @ovaltine This one is sitting at (2) months old, not tasting great, but definitely better than the Aslin I just had. Still have (4) more of these left.!.!.! ... Too many beers and so little time ... it's been a decadent Summer of beer purchases and time to try and thin the herd a little (which is tough since I have all these fresh cans of Imprint staring me in the face).

Is that the Duck Rabbit brewery in NC or the name of the beer? I have had a Duck Rabbit brewery stout a number of times over the years while visiting OBX, NC. Good stuff.

Got another four pack of this today. Seafood Towers. A DIPA brewed by Other Half.

 

Home with a Tropicalia, tasting great as dinner prep begins.

 

Is it the best stout I ever had? No. But the low alcohol level made it ok. When I visit NC I try to support the local breweries. I have had just three different brews from Duck Rabbit and found they were ok.

Drekker Chonk 'Merica Cake Sundae Sour w Strawberry/Blueberry/Banana, 6.5% ABV.

Earlier I had an incredible Drekker Plop Painkiller Hard Seltzer, with Coconut/Pineapple/Banana/Tangerine/Nutmeg. Wow, one of the best alcoholic drinks I've had in a long time. The nutmeg and banana really made this work. If I could have reviewed it, I'd give it a 4.6, or higher. Solid 5 on flavor.

The other day I was in a supermarket doing some beer browsing, and I had to bite my tongue. One guy said to his buddy that he was considering "one of those seltzer beers". I had to force myself to walk away...

Bought two Maine Beer brews today. This was one. Kind of a favorite of mine. I will probably include it in the lineup sometime before Friday this week.

 

I don't typically do vocals, but I did play guitar and arrange all of them. Cheers!!!

 

Another Grodziskie. Pours a light straw color with a white, dense, creamy head that slowly fades leaving lots of lacing behind. Has the aroma of light smoke, wet ashes and some ripe lemon. For 3% abv it's amazing how full and creamy the mouth feel is. Nicely carbonated. Taste of medium acrid smoke, some lemon, lemon rind bitterness and sweet grass. Love it!
