    This beer does a lot to show how aging beer can be a good thing

    Lord Jesus!! This one is only about a year old. Can't wait to crack some of the 4 year old ones I have! What a beautiful beer.

    In Memoriam

    I only have cold High Life cans to submit as my official entry into this current re-incarnation of LNBA. However. Me precious daughter has turned me on to some "The Weeknd" recently, ( well, semi-recently) and I must confess. I'm diggin' it. I say I want a Red tomorrow, but truth be known, I may want a brown.

    Bitter. I have a hard time with Black IPA's (essentially what this is). To me it's like eating a steak that tastes like Peanut butter. I love a good steak, and I love peanut butter, but I don't expect to taste one when I'm looking at the other.

    That said, with the lights out and my attention focused on the game, it's a nice, spicy rye IPA.
