Most of the time I would agree, every once in a while, someone takes a light hand & mixes the right stuff in.

Personally I dont think that drinking from the can makes a difference. I do occasionally but many times I want to see the glorious golden color. That being said almost everytime I try a new beer I stick my nose in the top directly after opening to get the full aroma. Prob what they were going for with Heady. Does smell fantastic....and on another note many were saying a few of the Summer releases were more "weedy" than usual. This one seems to lean towards more of a piney grapefruit to me

Dude, sometimes overwhelming but most the times just another day.

I got sisters. Being a guy you would hope not.

Anyway they are freaking out about the election. I just want to drink beer. Leave me alone.

Well the tune was something I did one late night when half in the bag and wanted to play some Billy Joel. Me and my best friend used to listen to the Stranger album growing up in NJ and breaking the production down. He now masters records in NYC and NJ and co-owns his own studio. Just hooked up with him again when I went on my NYC trip. This in no way was derogatory towards anything thats happening in your life. I think you took that the wrong way. Thoughts to you and your loved ones.

I think if you are put off by the floaties, the glass thing is an issue. I believe gave them a .25-.5 deduction for that. This was a decade ago or almost, now it doesn't bother me...

Tough choices. To me quality of life trumps all. But there is always other factors that must be weighed. Until I am 77 I have insurance in effect, after that they need to hook me up to what ever & keep the checks coming in.

Southern Tier Pumking which now probably my favorite beer of this ilk. Schlafly runs a close second this year. Some Woodford Double Oaked Reserve Bourbon on the side

peace out, 2 8 hour days facing me. Hopefully my shit feet will hold up. I at least have a lot of say in my schedule tomorrow

Thanks dude. I really appreciate the thoughts.

Still got ties to NJ and NY albeit a hundred years ago. Yep. 100 years ago. A best friend played guitar on a Sting album.

Heard that but as you probably know by now IPAs are my jam and Ive never had an issue with floaties in this particular beer...and Ive drank quite a few - even over the Summer recently. If you look at my pic I just posted there was a slight haze and zero particulates. Seems like more of an end of production issue or age. His was a month older. That being said Ive had that beer at Kimmich recommended within drinkability, 90 days, and it really hasnt fallen off too much and no floaties. A decade ago...well that could have been a different story.

I do feel bad but the lady is 94. Now I know where my drunken ass brother in law got his good genes. Dude been drinking a case of beer and some bourbon daily for 20 years. He kicks my ass whenever I visit.

All that said it does sorrow me that tomorrow may her last day.

Thanks my friend. My brother age 52 got mugged and left for dead. Three days later they found him. Lived on life support for ten years. Then it was over. Fuckers only got a slap on the wrist because they were minors. I would have fu**ing killed them.

A related story before yours. I knew Karen Ann Quilan. A friend of a friend. To this day I do not believe those responsible were held to account. An awesome kid.

Mike, get your shit together.. Think beach.

Agreed. Mom had FLD - A form of alzheimers - worse actually since it affects the Frontal lobe- where all the emotions and traits that make us different come from among other things. DNR, but man she decided when was time herself by not eating or than drinking. I hope she knew who we were towards the end but probably not. The only thing that got a reaction in the end was playing some music from the 60s and 70s. If you played one of her favorites she would just have a very a slight side of her mouth go up.....like an 1/8". But you knew she felt that. Music can really unlock the brain....Im....Rambling.

Another at home: Riff Raff Man's Best Friend Kolsch. Definitely not the flavor of the Booster (go figure, eh?) but tasty enough. Got it September of '20 when we were in Pagosa for three nights and it's still fine.
