2021 Bourbon BA Imperial Porter from Collective Arts. It was SO good

 

Good day BAs! Thanks @Roguer for starting today's thread! Well, we're off to another sort of warm start to what promises to be a gloomy and probably rainy day - flannel shirt and toque weather. Just got back from doing my recycling and have to take Mrs. Lizard's car to the dealer later - after the last visit they found some leftover parts in the bay and don't know whose vehicle they are from.
Today's New Breakfast Beer, thanks to @Roy_Hobbs and NBS BIF # 14, my first from Tired Hands:



A decent saison, fruity and funky, supported by a good palate. Thanks Ross! Rating 3.75, rDev -6.5%.

 

Has anyone heard from @tasterschoice62 .??
I think he was really sick Monday and unless I'm mistaken he hasn't been around. It seemed like he had a bad covid case and was just wondering how he's doing

 

Every now and then I stray from the craft beer path. This is one of those times.

Good morning BAs! I took yesterday off (I’m traveling with Mrs. Z and she frowns on MY drinking…). Oh well, she’s getting her hair done and I’ve popped into the local wine/beer bodago - drinking local - Snafu Brewing’s “Hungry Ghost” DDH IPA:



A hazy that looks great…aroma is fresh green hops; taste follows with some bitter citrus; hop burn on tongue. Not for me, I managed to drink only 1/2 the pint then moved on to another beer…visiting with wife’s kin later today. Cheers from Summerville SC!

 

Morning! A gloomy 40° day. We need moisture bad. Just had the second driest and warmest November on record. Guess I'll just have a beer and do some chores.

We don’t get this brewery’s beers in FL…but if we did, I’d drink this IPA…clean, crisp tropical fruit with a little bitterness. Good stuff on draught here in Summerville SC - Cheers y’all!

Off from work earlier - stopped and bought some beers on way home with company holiday gift card.....starting with this (bought the SA 12 pk cheers)

 

Got a cab this morning and went to two Oxxo stores in Playa del Carmen before I found cerveza at the 7-11. $60 later I have a 12 pack of beer. You only live once and you can’t take it with you. I can drink Dos Equis, doctored with tomato juice.
