    My local had 2021 and 2022 Bigfoot. Got a 6 of each. Taking the kids out to sled hence the non-standard drinking vessel. Cheers!

    I restrict my beer drinking to my waking hours.

    The Funkadelic album cover reminds me of the Janis Joplin album cover in Cheap Thrills

    ...huh!...

    ...something seemed a bit familiar, but my focus was on the two beers...but, yeah, Mike, now that you mention it, I see the similarity...I foresee tangential musical excursions in my future posts today...:stuck_out_tongue:

    Good thing the Mrs. needed some ice today. Revolution Coffee Eugene, one of my favorite coffee beers, was there waiting on the shelf for me. So coffee and donuts it is.

    And.... tuning in again, with the real McCoy.

    Had to tend to some running business, a fun local winter series (1 of 4), and today was a little 10K+ distance. Not racing them, treating them all as tempo runs (not all out), and it was fun. Good to feel pushed and do some real path/asphalt/trail up and down on a rollercoaster course.

    Cheers! More later....:grin::heavymetal:

    When I saw @TheIPAHunter for Christmas, he was quite upset that he had extensive gifts for my children, his nephew and niece, but he forgot them in Pennsylvania, due to a Home Alone-style rush to the airport. He vowed to get them to my children as soon as he could. When he returned to Pennsylvania, he sent a delivery ostrich with all the goods. It arrived at my house, and when the ostrich asked my to sign for the delivery, it swung its neck at me, knocking me unconscious. As I should have expected. @TheIPAHunter was ridiculously generous to my children, and he sent me this beer as well.

    Joining @beergoot with some Lunch. Same bottled on date as well :slight_smile:

    Also from Mr. Beergoot, a cool goodie box full of music and books. Much, much appreciated. Love the Sam Rivers, can't wait to get into the John Zorn (which I'm only very sporadically familiar with.) Box came in the middle of my Beatles spinning, George Harrison All Things Must Pass first, and now White Album. After that some Zorn.

    Problem solved thanks to the Ariens forum - it was a blown 15 amp fuse in the ignition circuit. I don't know what caused it to blow other than I noticed that the hand warmers were switched on - I never use the hand warmers so not sure how they got switched on. As soon as i replaced the fuse it worked like a champ.

    I just want to say that the George Foreman grill was a gem. I don't even care what year it was purchased. It was still in the original box and totally preserved. And let me tell you, that is LOVE. There's no better thing in the world, but true love, except of course a nice MLT – mutton, lettuce and tomato sandwich, where the mutton is nice and lean and the tomato is ripe.
