Nice turntable. I just got my acrylic platter upgrade today.
Vann, you are on point today with your posts!
The musical selections...excellent!!
Tröegs Nugget Nectar
Just finished it, so I guess it's "what beer was I drinking then".
Twin Elephant The Swarm, watching some GD Harry Potter. Got a pot of gumbo cooking the rest of the day.
I like the honey in this one.
I had this beer at the brewery this past summer and it was far and away the best one I tried. There was a black lager that was pretty decent too. And I'll agree with you-totally not a pale ale.
On the labels, I bought a 4 pack of a beer called Store Bought is Fine and there was no info on the can other than it was a DIPA. It turned out to be a DIPA with lactose added which I really didn't like at all.
Looks pretty quiet. Cheers Micah, Go Pack Go!
Two Women, New Glarus.
The inconsistencies with King Sue have become increasingly mind-boggling. I can't wait to see what happens to DDH King Sue after its next mass-market release. Figure your sh*t out, Toppling! Oh yeah, thankful. Cheers!
Some Stigbergets up next.
Howdy BAs, I'm destroying one of these UA N/A ("juicy") IPAs first, as I take stock of any sore points after an 8 mile trail run this morning. Adductors aren't destroyed, but feelin' that twinge, dammit.
Woof - the speed penalty between vertical trail miles and flat miles is about 18-20% for me and I felt it. Nice, snowy, icy, clay-ey conditions too out at Cheyenne Mtn State Park this morning, Peace be to all, I'll show up with the real juice and sauce later.
Picked my daughter up from USF today, always a shitty drive out I4 to Tampa. But great to pick up mah girl for a weekend visit!
Yup, we're 2 peas in a pod. @jzeilinger can vouch for that!
So, tonight we're going to eat at our favorite pizzeria for dinner, tomorrow is Epcot Festival af the Arts. Gonna be a cold walk around the world tomorrow.!
Still, showing some love for my bro from BC Canada
Second, beer at Bear'd in Groton. A coffee porter "P2 With Coffee". Held up against a poster from one of their other beer labels.
The wife and I are in Philly for dinner. Stopped off at Fermentary Form. Never been and always wanted to go. Freezing outside but the beer did not disappoint. I had a Vieux Selection and she had a Gestalt #12 with mosaic. We both really enjoyed. Drinking in an alley as God intended. Cheers!
Who would ever want to talk about Moaning Myrtle?
Enjoying this lovely local lager.
We’re checking out another new local brewery, Readington Brewery & Hop Farm. Hop Bomber is a pretty good West Coast DIPA. Crisp and bitter. 90 IBU. Not too malty.
Bowing to my grill master! That's gonna be amazing. Enjoy!
posting in wrong thread before. Oops Sorry about that I’m a caprisun so
burnt tortilla n cheese is all with a second pour.
haven’t posted the squishy in a while so
her first snow
I’m in trouble because she’s 7 months old and standing up. Walking soon. Storm is coming
Btw. She does not get near that power block in background. We watch constantly. It’s normally tucked away for baby proof
Be back with a pizza.
Canned 1/12/22. This is on-point this year. Bells Hopslam. Cheers!
Hell yea! One of the things I miss most about living on the West Coast is Tri Tip
Ok...well maybe not the most, but i freaking wish Tri Tip was common over in the North East
Time for an easy drinker. Making cookies with the wife and kids. Pics to come. Cheers.
That's a cutie right there. I always tell myself "it can't get harder than this" and then it freaking gets harder lmao. Wait till the chair climbing starts! haha. cheers
One of my favs from the pack. Enjoy brother.
I say the same thing every day. Hardest thing I’ve ever done and the most rewarding. Watching her fly across the floor after trying to figure out crawling and now she’ll grab a chair leg and stand up. It’s insane.
Looking great! 8 trail miles in the cold is impressive-well done!
The Referend The Big Sleep, cheers!
You're my inspiration to do it more and the most prolific griller on WBAYDN by far!
Beautiful. Parenting is a whole different ballgame once they go mobile. And those Frankenstein steps when they're learning to walk are the best. Cheers!
no one ever wants to talk about her
Thanks! There's a chance I may return with some grill pics this evening. Stay tuned...haha
Been a tough year for Michigan basketball.
At Levante’s Taproom (again) with my friend/ chauffeur, Mike and his wife. Enjoying Gran Gianduiotto Imperial Stout.
Brewed with Milk Sugar and coffee 10.4% Stout is pretty darn tasty. The stem got broken, but I can still drink out of it. Named after one of the brewers dogs that isn’t around anymore.
So I find an opened can of Hop Slam in the fridge with about 1/4 left (I guess I forgot to finish it last night - a.k.a. "alcohol abuse"...). So naturally, you have to top it off with a freshie to bring the carbonation back into check.
In the basement man cave pack'n up a short box for my brother to the North, @SawDog505.
Because this kid is incredibly gifted (so is the drummer and bass player) fellow guitar and Jazz nerds - enjoy! ... Tune:
