Syndicator Doppelbock at Bull n Bear. It’s the first time in several months I’ve had it and it’s drinking fine. Lots of raisin and prune and a plush mouth feel.

Well we are in the 3 foot area of blizzard and they are not downplaying this at all as the day rolls on. Gonna be stuck inside a day or two. 5 loads of wood in. Picked up a couple goodies in addition to the bounty of beers I have should be in good condition. Gonna spend some time putting a new toy together. Lets start with a Gbot.
    Cheers![IMG]

Happy Friday, BA! Drinking a Carton This Is Definitely Not A Fake Duck. A Winter Warmer, which i felt was appropriate for today. Let the snow come baby.

No idea tf the beer name, and at 12% this is a bit strong as a Winter Warmer, IMO. probably should not have started with this one
    cheers!

Cheating on my mostly-dry January with Double Nugget Nectar, on @TheIPAHunter's endorsement. Very good, reminds me some of Double Two Hearted in that it's not "twice as good" as NN, but a different kind of animal entirely. Getting lots of apricot, even apricot syrup, with just enough bitter to keep it from being cloying. Highly drinkable and dangerous at 9.2%, perfect for a bachelor's night like tonight when I'm bingeing Archive 81 and listening to music my better half can't stand.

Saw Jason Isbell in Wilkes-Barre two nights ago. Highlights included covers of R.E.M.'s "Nightswimming" and this Cat Powers tune, which Amanda Shires turned into a demonic power jam:

Brrrrr! Just stepped out for the first time today to go to the mailbox and the wind is howling and it's 35°F out headed into the twenties. For some of you that's nothing. For this GA boy that's for the birds man.

I'm drinking a Samuel Adams Alpine Lager.

We need info. Appears that there is some color editing in this photo. Is this Ripple?

I'd agree. There is a fair amount of clarity to the beer compared to most NEIPA / hazy offerings...

Drinking one of those too right now my brother and it's a solid 5 for me. Nothing comes remotely close. No matter whether it's brewed in Waterbury or Stowe. Cheers! Enjoy!
