    This is essentially the case. Basically based upon money and nothing else. But have you ever had this happen to you and as you reflect further, your think; “well maybe my happiness is worth more than money?” That’s kind of where I’m at now. Cheers.

    Tax stuff off to the accountant today. My wife made too much money in 2021, so I think we're going to take a hit.
    Walked the dogs on their desert trail (well, not just theirs, although that's how they view it), and now relaxing with Hopslam.

    I prefer British Barleywine, but I'm glad to see this back.

    I can relate to your dilemma. I told my employer in 2018 I was retiring June 30. He offered me an obscene amount of money to work until the end of the year. I decided I would be happier to retire in June, and that's what I did. No regrets.

    Good day Advocates! and thanks @Ozzylizard for tapping this thread today with a Minnesota brew! I get to go play in the snow now and it's 6F and fairly windy. I'll look like a yeti in no time flat. I declined the drumming sub offer for tonite as road conditions are preposterous and diabolical at best. Getting prepped with Sierra Celebration Ale. Only 3 cans left although I saw 2 or 3 12pks of Powder Day at my lil' beer shop the other day for $13.79...hmmmm. The plot thickens.

    I've said it before, and I'll say it again. Fiden's is the real deal if you're a NEIPA fan. Whatever you consider to be the elite category, they are already there. This one is called Jasper, brewed with 100% Citra hops. Awesome. Peace...
