About 2 miles from my house

Moonrocks offer the next frontier in your cannabis consumption experience. They are extremely rich in the two most important parts of cannabis, terpenes and cannabinoids. Each hit you take off of them provides an incredibly terpy and delicious experience. Starting with cannabis flower, then the outside of the flower is coated with full spectrum, terpene rich cannabis oil. After that it's kicked up yet another notch by rolling them, not in kief, but in premium bubble hash. The flavors are perfectly curated to provide you with the experience you are looking for.

Nice! Yours are a little fresher than mine. Yours are within 30 days and mine are a week over. I did get to try this batch when it was fresher tho so no complaints. I'm waiting for the next batch see if I can catch it even fresher than I've had. If I had been paying attention I could have caught this beer earlier. There's a Oskar Blues brewery about 3 hours from me so I think I have a good chance at catching some even fresher. Cheers!

@LarryV here is some more Ponty. Live at Donte's. Recorded in 1969, not released until these awful looking Blue Note Reissues from the late 70's, early 80's. Most of this series is just not very good. I love me some Blue Note Reissues, but this wasn't among their best. There are a few exceptional ones though. This is among them.

And a Saint Arnold Amber, just classic as always.

Knotted Root Brewing Co. -- Perpetually Unimpressed

    look: 3.75 | smell: 3.5 | taste: 3.25 | feel: 3.5 | overall: 3.5

This beer is one I wanted to like, but it generally lacks any real distinctness or pizzazz. Murky across the the sensory perspective, the Nelson Sauvin hops may be the one thing that almost stands out, but they, too, get side-tracked with everything else.

Pouring temperature: 50 °F; canning data: unknown

Houblon Chouffe (9.0%) and Boulevard Tank 7 (8.5%):

    1) Houblon Chouffe: This is a Belgian IPA that has flavors of orange, tangerine, pear, grape, and subtle Belgian esters. Strong yeast and carbonation, for a shockingly dry finish.

    2) Boulevard Tank 7: A farmhouse ale from Kansas City that has strong Belgian flavors of pear, juicyfruit, bubblegum, and Belgian esters. A candy and sweet biscuit malt finish.

Overall, both are one-of-a-kind beers. My first time trying Houblon Chouffe. Usually I find the mix of Belgian and IPA confusing, but this one mixes them on the perfectly. Tank 7 is one of my favorite Belgian ales. Strong Belgian esters, but have to find it fresh to appreciate the fruity and peppery hops too. I think I prefer the Houblon Chouffe here because I am simply amazed at how such a clean and dry beer can hide the 9% ABV. Both are amazing beers and great for watching March college basketball.
