I ignore enuf shizz but I'm not ignoring new beers!! Junkyard Royale With Cheese NEDIPA w Citra & Mosaic. 8% ABV. This new one for me is kinda thick and dank, super soft & smooth, rich w/citrus rind and bready notes. Med-heavy bodied. Very cool w/some staying power. Cheers Advocates!!

Wax Wings Gimmicc DIPA (Galaxy, Mosaic, Citra). A proper NEDIPA. Straight juice with a semi-drying finish. Huge fruit presence on this one. A ripe mango bomb, along with ripe valencia orange, ripe passionfruit, melon, ruby red grapefruit, some blueberry, guava, white peach, mango skin, orange pith, and fresh cut grass. Soft and creamy. It's been a long while since I've had anything by Tree House, but this is reminding me of them.

Next up is Dire Wolf Coffee Joy from Wolf's Ridge Brewing. Imperial stout with coconut, cacao, coffee, and vanilla. There were a few big snot-like chunks that came to the surface. Scooped those out and everything seems fine. Cheers!

    Nice shot! :+1:
 I had plenty of Rolling Rock , back then, apparently with better results.
"Apparently", because I have no memory of it, traumatic or otherwise. Just the mental snapshots of that little green bottle in various settings.

    For the ~13 gazillionth time , & still a delight :

Thanks for that. I had never seen that version. :+1:
That led to this (via autoplay). Also hadn't seen this version of Same Old Thing .:clap::clap::clap::clap:

SRV was, is, and always will be 'da man; => an American Treasure. Great songs right there!

A good friend of mine had the opportunity to see Stevie when he was on the brink of hitting it big, he was right up front pressed against the stage for the entire concert - so jealous!

If we are talking hot rods brother. I owned a 76 Lt1 Camaro. Stock 350 4 barrel with a Lt1 transmission. Built in tachometer, air conditioning, power windows, split counsel, maroon, and stock rally rims.

I also had a 79 Camaro with a 1970 Chevy big block 350 4 barrel, high rise manifold, headers, into straight pipes, with the exhaust in front of the rear wheels. Chevy pick-up leaf springs with traction bars. Engine detailed in chrome. I got a speeding ticket going 101. I lost my license. You could here me coming a mile away. I miss those days!

    Time for the reveal……

    RACHELLE
    A SAISON WITH RHUBARB
Rachelle is a saison aged in second-use gin casks from Copperworks Distilling Co. and refermented with fresh Washington grown rhubarb. Rachelle has a unique acidity from the rhubarb with notes of watermelon rind, vanilla and underlying layers of botanicals from the gin casks. Bright, effervescent and refreshing.

Amazing beer, I tasted it blind and new funk and Saison, but I did not the rhubarb.

Even unblinded did not get the fruit but that does not take away for the fact it was a great beer

I will say has sipped it did remind of gin drink, but that could be confirmation basis, it does not matter it was tasty

My car talk: My favorite car was my 71 Chevelle. It looked fast but wasn't; 307 engine, single exhaust. Had people try to race me all the time.

My fastest was a 72 Monte Carlo, 350 Four barrel. Bought it off my brother, he was going to Korea for a year & didn't want it sitting or his wife to wreck it. I almost lost my license in South Carolina over the speeding tickets

Next up, Ozark Beer Co. Professional Passenger Hazy IPA
