Thin Man BBA Beyond the Final Horizon BW. What I’d call a “genteel” flavor profile. I really wanted to bust open the 2017 GI BCBW I just got from @Resistance88 but I’m behaving.

Oh and loop playing the F out of this:

 

It sucks, I just had to take down a couple of trees because we were afraid they would hit the house during a storm. Now we can see right in their yard. I’m pricing a stockade fence.

 

It yields an incredibly tender chicken - make sure to rub some of the spice mixture under the skin, adds a lot of flavor. Cheers!

I've never had Singha so here we are. Lasting head retention and lacing for a pale lager. Very good Aromas and flavors of lemon, cracker, bread dough, herbal, floral, wood, grass, pepper. Some fruity dms corn aromas as expected. Lt-med herbal, floral, grassy, peppery bitterness. Med high carb and lt-med body. Bready grainy malts and some sticky hops. Fairly crisp clean refreshing finish. A well made macro feeling Thai lager. Not too heavy on adjuncts. 3.81
