    Fiddlehead Second Fiddle DIPA. My first time with this brewery and beer. Lots of ruby red grapefruit flesh and peel, some lemon, big pine throughout with pine resin on the finish, some herbal notes, floral, slight pineapple, very slight booze on the finish. Malts come through as bread, slight biscuit, slight caramel, and some table sugar. An excellent old school DIPA. Really glad I got to try it. Thanks again @77apm!

    Beautiful crystal clear body; pale gold color; nice carbonation; thick, billowy head, white and lasting. Sublime aroma combination of light malt sweetness and cantaloupe, also a bit floral; honey and biscuits. Toasted grain flavor with a spicy hop bitterness; peppery; mineral quality. Nice mouthfeel; a bit coarse on the palate; light dryness throughout.

    A very flavorful, robust pilsner.

    Very similar to super juicy hop juju which I also wasn’t feeling.

    That is an excellent beer and one of my favorites. We're lucky to always get it fresh around her - usually 2 or 3 weeks old at the most. Glad you had the opportunity to try it - cheers!!
