I picked it up last week at the Total Wine in Fairfax, they don’t refrigerate beers, but I saw your review, so I pulled the trigger. I probably need to pick it up fresher and refrigerated! Cheers!

I had to put in a few hours at the office so I’m rewarding myself with a couple of pours at Seven Tribesmen Brewing. First up is a short pour of Double Triple. Bitter and boozy, it’s not for the faint-hearted. Cheers!

 

I think you’re referencing the Sunny Ridge. I meant the Ardent Pub Ale in my post, though that wasn’t clear. Though in general I like to see your takes on beers, so it applies to both.

On Sunny Ridge, all I see is from (I think) early Feb, maybe early March.l (the stamp isn’t clean) I still like it despite a few months, but I’m also kind of weird.

 

Sierra Nevada Mills River location -highly recommended.

You are at one of my favorite places on earth. Aside from the beers...the lamb tartar at their on-site restaurant is one of the best things I've ever eaten.

I have never been to Mills River, but will be in the near future. But, I have been to Chico twice, their food it’s way above in quality to any other brewery I have been to.

 

Unfortunately, the beer I really wanted to try- the spicy variant of Seven Tribesmen’s Paprika Red Ale (my favorite of their beers) kicked earlier today. I’ll buy cans of the regular version. Now, I’m drinking Toasted Monk, a Doppelbock. It’s okay but not in the same conversation with Ramstein’s Winter Wheat Doppelbock, which is NJ’s gold standard.
