Okay - that's what @DrOfGolf said as well. That's a subscription channel on FIOS so I don't get it. Is Boris Karloff in that version?

As it’s Saturday, I’m 250#, a practiced enjoyer of fine beers…naturally I’d add this Abomination killer dessert beer to the line up. Chocolate, marshmallow, peanuts, and ice cream. Only 14%…

    See you Monday.

pffft. Forget that. I need to do things tomorrow.
This ish is tasty. Bring insulin.

Archetype cowboy poet. Very good light lager. Great head retention and spotty lacing. Weak aromas of fruit, grain, hops. Taste of cracker, toast, bread, wood, peppercorn, pine, herbal, floral, grass. Good sized pine/rind/grassy bitter finish. Medium carb, lt med body, fairly crisp finishing. Balanced bready/grainy malt, sticky/resinous hop mouthfeel. Long resinous drying finish, mild astringency. Clean lager flavors. Smooth drinking. No warmth of 4%. Tastes more like an ipl with noble hops, but its enjoyable. 3.73

Drinking Two Hearted for the first time in least a year. This used to be a go-to for me several years ago but I waned off it in searcher of crisper and drier IPAs.

It's malty with some sweetness for sure but overall it's still pretty darn good. It's super drinkable and pleasant. I hope this beer never goes away or changes because this beer has pretty much become an immortal icon of American craft beer. Two hundred years from now this should be treated with the same reverence in the U.S. as Guinness is in Ireland and the rest of the world.

The back story on them certainly draws me to those 2 songs. We have all lost somebody we loved.

My favorites certainly change based on my mood. If pressed I'd say Right in Two & Aenima

Last beer of the Jr’s birthday theme. Everybody’s gone from the party, the Mrs and I sat out enjoying the nice weather and just talked for an hour while I had this beer and cigar. Came back inside, both kids were already asleep. Good evening, good party. My twin brother is coming by tomorrow, so it will hopefully be good weather and a good final day of a four day weekend. God help me when I look at the work emails on Monday.

Chili Line Brewing (Santa Fe, NM) Stoked smoked beer. This brewery prides itself on its smoked beer and the 100% smoked barely used her gives this beer a distinctive rustic smokiness coupled with a sweet woodsy apple flavor. Very much a northern New Mexican beer.

Fox River Brewing Blu Bobber. With two pickles in it for hydration purposes. @Hinda65, Mastadon is being replaced by Carcass on their next tour for only their date in Green Bay, WI. I am a massive Carcass fan. I don't understand why that is happening. They do not seem to be in the same musical category.

Carcass are one of the most important and influential metal bands. They were pioneers of grindcore and then later on become pioneers of both melodic death metal and death 'n' roll. My personal favorite album of theirs is Heartwork, which is the start of their melodic death metal era.

I'm not going to say they're exactly like Mastodon and I'm sorry you're missing out on them, but you really should check out Carcass. They're amazing and extremely influential. I'm sure all the members of Mastodon are fans because Brann and Bill were in death metal bands prior to forming Mastodon, and Brent has a grindcore project called Fiend Without A Face.
