Lunch. An IPA brewed by Maine Beer Company. Any clams experts out there? Question. I bought a bag of 50 clams for tonight. One had already opened so threw that one away. I heard that should be what is done. Put the rest in a bowl of water and placed the bowl in the refrigerator for a few hours so far. Wife said that three more had opened. Should I discard those also? Thanks for any guidance you can provide. I have a bit more knowledge about oysters but relatively little about clams.
