    Almost Kickoff time. Goose Island Tropical Beer Hug. We should destroy the Miners, but I am excited for the new era. I think we actually got an upgrade at the coaching position. Brent V is reeling in the recruits for 23. This could be a 3 loss season, but I wouldn't be shocked if we are back in the mix for at least a New Year's day game.

    There were some huge lighting strikes by me just a few minutes ago, though no rain :astonished: There is a whiff of burning in the air, think the strike was really close by. Hoping the rain comes next.

    I've been frantically searching for a special bottle to open for my 2000th review and this is the best I could come up with. No complaints, really, I just really wanted a nice bomber of BBA stout from the US, but the days of me being able to get my hands on any of that stuff are long gone, it seems. But hey, I enjoy lambic and I didn't have anything from 3F in a while, so this certainly was a treat, especially since strawberry lambic is somewhat of a rarity.

    Yeah that looked awful. It has just been threatening to rain everyday around Houston. Some spots get it, but its really scattered. I don't know if thats good or bad, but it just keeps mostly missing my neighborhood, outside of lighting strikes ha.
