What Beer Are You Drinking Now? #3618

Hello Advocates. Thanks @AzfromOz for todays threadskie. I've work all day tmrw so today is a do what I feel like day. Not bad. Kinda like this brew. Corona Extra. Ironically good during the pandemic that tickled our fannies as of late. The beer is not that great but it's not horrible. It's meant to be light and go down fast and if yer in the mood you can put away a lot of 'em. Lime wedge cancels some flaves and makes it dry. I enjoy a couple then move on. Cheers!!

Yeah, this song is much more upbeat vs the more mellow tunes Chet is more known for. This album, The Route, has a lot of similar tunes. I actually don't mind Chet's signing, albeit it is unique, and I can see where some might not care for it. His trumpet playing top notch.

I don't have the official Sammy sauce glass but this will do. Sam Adams Boston Lager. Starting to hone in on some readily available brews that I've enjoyed a lot & have rated but haven't reviewed. I like reviewing. Should be able to whump these out in a few months as they're all around here except Whitbread. Dunno what happened to that. Goals. It's good to set goals. Cheers everyone!!

Errands today on my side of town, drinking at The Wheelhouse, having a Dr. Swine N Stein by Ravenous Pig, Winter Haven, FL, a hazy DIPA with Cascade, Mosaic and Citra hops:



Great look. Tons of skunky onion in nose/on tongue. Bitter tangerine peel, onion and garlic. Hop burn on tip of tongue. Dry powdery tongue coating. Almost everything I don’t like in a hazy (at least it wasn’t sludgy). I could not finish the pint.

Taking another hit for science…Cheers y’all!

 

Enjoying a very well made Belgian Blonde. Can't go wrong with any Duvel beer we get in the States!
