No, but it might be Russian River day!

Scallops were on the menu for tonight but my better half is not in the mood to cook them. Maybe tomorrow night.
Looks like leftovers for chow tonight. Not complaining because the leftover is steak.

Background photo (my first time on a half-pipe) circa 1973 or '74, Nanuet, NY.
No canning date but less than two weeks old.
Moderate pour yields a nearly two inch off-white head over a copper colored body with lacing.
Nose of slight malt, some biscuit and toast, definite spice exhibited as well.
Taste is more of the same and finishing quite crisp and dry.
Mouthfeel is above average, being medium to full.
Overall, a nice stab at a Märzen from Tunbridge, VT and one to look out for.
C&P from NBW #117.
This is solid and sadly I was shocked I missed it when it came out in June. BB 10/01/22

Switching to Scotch, and some Keith Jarrett. The Budapest Concert. Supposedly one of his last. Recorded in 2016, but he had a stroke a year or so after, and his left hand is still paralyzed. There is one other concert being released from 2016 soon as well...looking forward to that.
And...I'm out for the evening.
2015 jw lees calvados. A little musty but still pretty darn tasty.
When is the due date? I bet you are excited!
I was never a Scotch fan probably because one time in my teens I drank so much of it I was sick for days. Bourbon. Now that is a different story.
Zero Gravity, “Black Cat” Porter. Picked this up when I went to get propane. That’s my cover story that I use when I want to do some beer shopping!
Switching over to SN now.
Youngest Son and his British Wife FINALLY had a baby Boy. After 3 girls, I finally have a Grandson. Here he is in my favorite EPL Team.
Cheers Y'all and Hell Yeah!!!!!
Dunkin's glazed sour cream donut is my jam.
Back inside and prepping salads. We're both working overtime tomorrow then a nice lunch at Bonefish. I'm trying to get caught up on the college scoreboard white flipping between FL & LSU and FSU & Clemson....Elevated, my last from our Flagstaff trip.
Inspired by @Roguer, you really can never go wrong with SoS.
Reply Hazy Try Again.
Impromptu fire pit tonight. Hamms. Cheers!
Wow, you're all grown up, man!
German Pale Ale, a Pale Ale from German brewery Braufactum (5%).
This makes for a really nice "German Pale Ale", I'm glad I was lucky to find it so fresh. Callista is one of my favorite German hop varieties and it comes through here beautifully, with notes of stone fruit and red berries, as well as just a hint of pine.
Last of the six pack. I like the beer but for whatever reason it was not my favorite pale ale/IPA tonight.
Lone Girl's Love Train........Lots of mango, dry fruity flavors, I really like it.
Such a crushable beer, with enough flavor to really hold your attention. They down that far now?
Well, advocates, I made it. Still a lot to do, but I made it. Thought I might christen the place w/ some Pliny. Cheers!!!
