    Starting the day off with a Utopias Barrel aged WWS from DFH for brunch.
    Getting this weekend started off with a tasty buzz.
    I think they should age a Scotch ale, or something lighter on these barrels, as you don't taste it over the stout. Kind of seems like a waste of great barrels.
    A unique stout, but 1 is enough for me. Glad I tried it, but won't drink it again.
    Gotta keep this buzz rolling!

    My Mom turned 90 on June 9th. She passed away June 20th. :slight_frown:

    Her favourite beer was Ballantine XXX. Not the current version.

    I absolutely loved it, it sure took me some time to sip on it, and let it warm a bit but the “strong” and dry finish was top notch.

    It’s another winner from Central Waters, I believe it’s your guys best brewery in Wisconsin… cheers!
