Yeah, my second NA UA contribution to the thread today. Oh well... gotta take a day, maybe increasingly so.

Just getting old. Sometimes beer, prune juice, and Maalox do not mix well. Hence the hesitancy.

I got a pretty good cut on the palm of my left hand Tuesday when I shucked my catch. It's in the worst spot possible and opens every time I close my hand. My wife wants to super glue it.

 

I know, just too much for 12 singles. I already have a couple anyway.

It’s crazy how I was just in the Midwest from Florida a few weeks ago and it was an amazing high 60s. First beer I looked for was this one, and still as good as I remember. Wish I could of been able to bring some home.

Making good on my promise that I was going to come home, help my wife with the fish tank filter situation, and finish the Singlecut D-IPA can disguised as Campbell's Soup. *check*



And these guys right here are friendly as all get out and always come over to the glass to say "hello" when you come up next to the tank. (I swear I'm going to invent something so we can take them out for a walk. )



And then all of a sudden for some reason they took me back to that classic movie "Rumble Fish" where black & white meets color in the same screen shots...



...and then my mind went immediately to Stewart Copeland who wrote the soundtrack / film score to that movie. All of a sudden my taste buds are screamin' for attention demanding a cellar pull with something remotely related to aquatic life...





... and had to spin some Classic Po-Po to finish the train of thought because they reference "At the bottom of a dark Scottish Lake" ...



... and that concludes the weirdly obscure rabbit hole my brain just took me down. Don't even try to understand it (because I can't even explain it myself) ... !!

Some dude months ago posted a beer using the glass. I was intrigued so asked him where he bought it. Ended up buying one.

A peck of oysters is a lot of zinc and a lot of late night activity. I would gladly trade a used glass for all the good eating.
