SA Cold IPA. Cheers LNBA!
this damn song is played at the jazz fest every year by some local big band,,,, hope that was a joke cause it is in my family
That’s one tasty beer. Enjoy my friend
Still making some HEADWAY BA
Mad respect for you! Love all your posts,,, and the Dylan video was meant to trick. Lol we could dig tunes together for a long time!
Btw watch the Dylan I posted,, his phrasing is really delightful
Not proud of this either, but some one needs to drink it. Sleep well all.
I saw a couple of those 2019’s today, thought long and hard then passed. Maybe next time. If you want them, just holler.
Back home after a date night in Claremont. Sipping on a mystery beer from @kemoarps - don't know what this is yet, but will reveal soon. Notes will appear over in the NBW thread. Cheers!
Corsendonk, “Christmas Ale”! Outstanding!
Just got back from a frigid (but pleasant) night ride. Warming up with a scotch ale..
Absolutely agree. I can get lost playing, singing, and enjoying a beer. For this one, I don't have the high range of Jeff Buckley but he's got this capo'd on 5, so it's an easy fix!
BA Old Rasputin - North Coast Brewing Co
Northern Indiana is getting a lot of snow, so we’re hunkering down by O’Hare at the Marriott. They have this fantastic beer (Revolution Fist City, a self-described Chicago Pale Ale), and all is good in my beer nerd world.
Nice seeing Dave Davies singing one. Cheers!
Short's Bellaire Brown Ale. True to form, ISU with the L. That is 27 Ls for the head coach 7 points or less. On to Sunday. Go Vikings!! Cheers!
Nice Vikings victory last week… that one hurt bad!
Looking forward to the new Bob Dylan Bootleg series, Love Sick is great.
Coaster! Hope I’mback in your good graces!
Shoo Fly pie is a real thing and its delicious
Coach, it’s a real song
I think they named a pie after the song, most likely
I forgot to send this one out to my buddy @LarryV !
What came first the pie or the song
And here it is! XX from Machine House, Floodland, and Heirloom.
I know one thing, before you and I were born, fer surz
Wake the Hell up Sooners
American Solera All our friends are in Montreal IPA. Did Eric Gray get hurt? Where has he been since the 2nd quarter?
Alvarado Street from @Nugganooch
As soon as I see AS I know Im going to like it. Man the clear golden color, beautiful lacing and head. Tropical aroma and taste. Soapy hops on the nose with a unique clean taste of fruits. 6.5% of full quenching flavor. Digging it for sure.
Dedicated to @joe1510
Is that a home bar or dog-friendly outing?
Good ol' Celebration again. Cheers!!
I am all about grace Tom! And you never left mine. Cheers brother!
KBS Mackinac Fudge coffee. So good. We finally got socked with snow up here. About a foot throughout the day. Used the snow blower twice to clear the driveway, now I’m beat. So out of condition. Not so bad compared to other areas. The beer is over there. Out of frame.
There were some mixed drinks earlier...
In the style of a Sazerac, rye whiskey aged in cognac casks, mist of absinthe, dashes of Peychaud's bitters, sprinkle of cane sugar - the drink and the glass got chilled; orange and cherry garnish...
And maybe a fluffy little cocktail...
"Tahitian Pineapple" - pineapple juice, sweetened lime juice, vodka and egg white...
Currently, this sipper of an IIPA, Permanent Funeral...
The hops aren't indicated on the can or their website, but it seems like a dank Citra-forward beer; sweet and bodied like a lean triple IPA...
Music to my ears...
SA Old Fezziwig. Cheers!
Whoa. That’s a high rise.
Is that fresh Permanent Funeral? I liked that a lot the last time it made its way here.
Yeppers - 10/17/22 canning...
The bourbon version seemed balanced. Next to try is the whiskey version!
That elf is falling down drunk AF.
Late start for me today, though this light beer is worth the wait.
Roaring Table Sequential Series - Light Ale
Full review in the New Beer Weekend #122 thread. WBAYDN treatment, this is a light blonde ale bursting with flavor and aroma, nice contrast to the BA stouts I've been digging into now that the cold has arrived in Chicago.
Totally slept through Saturday Morning Flashback and well into the afternoon, digging the year and features as I review the playlist. Here are two from the first hour.
Cheers, keep being the guiding light to shine on great music at the VB!
A frightening similarity to my beer consumption
Good stuff! I'm still trying to get my kids to form a band.
