    The Bravus brews do not get very good reviews, and this is the first one I have had - it is pretty good, actually - as good as a nice peanut butter porter? No.....but not a bad sub for January!

    Last P.Sue in the fridge. Figured I'd pair it with some Rare Breed. I enjoyed pairing this 1. Citra and bourbon do mesh quite nicely for me.

    Your all good, I agree. Sounds like a plan to me. I look forward to it. Spring beers will hit like a mother by then will have some good trades for sure on top of Yellow Rose. Will include some Tex-Mex goods.

    French cheese wouldn’t travel too well over the Atlantic but on top of beer I’ll look for something worthy as an extra, too.

    Belgian chocolate is much better. Swiss is right behind. You can also find various French cheeses in USA. At Costco, regular grocery stores and specialty stores too.
