Moved on to this outstanding Dunkel that I'm splitting with my close friend Christmas Vader. I'll tell you, Ayinger is quickly outstripping Weihenstephaner as my favorite brewery.

Hmm... this one is either just not ready to be drank or is a miss overall. The aroma is enticing but the brett character is seriously lacking and not much else is going on either.

Went to see The Winery Dogs at a small club in the area last night and 15 feet from the stage, whatta show and these guys delivered the goods, they were amazing. Three legendary players...one band... and a lot of jaw dropping virtuosity.
Started out the evening with some Death By Hops & some Cinnamon Cookie bites from the world famous oven of wr3ck00n - thanks again for both!
Along with some 'Dogs.
