    Great dunkel Weizenbock. All around great balance and complexity of bright fruity esters with dark bready/toasty malts with some molasses/caramel/light chocolate notes. (my sideways shooting is improving too)

    So unique, but pretty awesome actually. BA DIPA with chamomile, juniper, and rose petals. Getting a lot of dank citrus/pineapple with a fair amount of malts that doesnt blow the hops away. Moderate toffee/oak/vanilla barrel presence, just enough to be known. Very well balanced herbal/juniper notes too. Completely delicious.

    Just a straight forward kick butt IPA, met up with fellow beer geeks in Buffalo tonight drinking fresh Hoponius Union on tap. A big fist pump to my friend Evil for this bottle while on the road...home away from home! :slight_smile: Great evening, thanks, guys!

    I agree it's good, but not as bourbon forward as last years batch (IMO)... I think I have "bourbon scorched" my tongue in the past year. This beer made me a BBA fanatic, and I have tried dozens of BBA beers since. This isn't "OMG," but it's certainly great. Will have quite a few 4-packs in the basement...
