    I have consistently passed this one over because there was no freshness date on the bottle. Took a chance and boy have I been missing out. Cheers!

    Sierra Nevada uses fresh hops in Celebration. Meaning they are freshly dried hops, the first of the season I believe.

    Founders Harvest Ale uses wet hops. Meaning they are not dried at all and are shipped immediately after picking to the brewery.

    Both excellent brews though
