A belated happy Veteran's Day to all my brother & sister vets out there or have passed. We buried my Dad at Arlington National Cemetery last summer. He had a long prosperous life/career after 28 years in the Air Force. I know he is resting soundly amongst all his brothers and sisters in arms.

I raise this chalice of Boulevard Reboot White IPA to all who have or are serving now.

As far as availability and price, Matilda really can't be beat for a Belgian Pale Ale. One of my favorites, plus it has brett in it so 1 year+ bottles are fantastic IMO. Love that beer. As far as most Brett beer is concerned, I would put prime time at around 2-3 years (source: Orval)

    My finishers tonight:

    Awesome as usual.

1.5 years old and doing fantastic. It is so damn smooth and balanced right now! The peppercorns are definitely more subtle now.

Finishing off a 6, will be getting more. This beer is mind blowing delicious.

Another 90 Minute. Such a great beer. Found tonight's pair in the back of the fridge from a batch bottled on 8/30/13 and it is still great. Sweeter, less upfront with the hops. Like it better fresh, but still very enjoyable.

Trois Pistoles. Wow I forgot how fruity this one is. Tons of dark fruit juiciness. Almost like a grapejuice or something. Fantastic stuff.

Enjoy By 11.12.13 Because I didn't want the hops fairies coming into my bed tonight to put a knife to my throat demanding to know why I didn't do what the bottle said...
