I’m getting mugged by a Tropical Beer Hug on this 94° ‘keep the blinds closed and the cool air in’ morning.

Dime for the Jukebox.,.

 

I had to get the flavor of the first beer I experienced this morning out of my mouth. This works very well. This beer is a triumph of American craft beer. From Boulder, Colorado. Here is a band from that city I saw live for the first time in May, with @superspak. Like this beer, they did not disappoint.

 

Happy Saturday,BAs. It’s a beautiful mid-summer day along the South Jersey Shore. I finished assembling some new deck furniture and running errands on the mainland so I’m at Ludlam Island Brewing sampling a new-to-me NZ IPA, Green Gobbler. Lots of tart citrus and white wine with a kiss of tropical sweetness. Very refreshing on a hot day. Cheers!

It seems like every time I visit Ludlam Island they have a new variant of Thunder Jacket Milk Stout on cask. This one is Thunder Jacket Raspberry. It may be the best. It’s a very fine brew! Cheers from Ocean View, NJ!

It is a beautiful summer day. I would say the only other place I would rather be is at Great American Ballpark with @meanmutt and @Mortal_Wombat, but the Cincinnati Reds are starting a LHP against the Milwaukee Brewers. It may be a bloodbath.

 

As long as the shed is above ground and uninsulated, I'll take it around the turn of the decade. Thank you. You are a true BA!

An award winning altbier, appropriately named Sew Hop'd Alt, is as tasty as it is beautiful.

I am ashamed it took me this long to recognize Bob Seger's Come to Papa was a re-do. It is pretty close to Ann Peebles' Come To Mama, though.
