Not bad honestly. Was expecting worse. Still got a little coffee, mostly sweet dark fruits.

 

It's a whole different mindset today, especially with all the safety concerns. When I was a kid, we'd dress up and go out trick or treating, our parents didn't tag along. We were never worried about it. Every kid that came to my door tonight was with their parents, usually the parents will hang in the street. Also, the town has some sort of Halloween party with activities and a lot of kids just go to that instead of trick or treating. Definitely a different world today. Cheers!

A lot of towns down here were posting hours to trick or treat. Everything is so regulated now, trunk or treats seems to be the new normal. I can remember my kids filling up a pillow case and coming home to dump it and go out again. The poor kids today have no idea what holidays are all about because everything is so PC.

Good point - I also don't think kids today regard a big sack of candy as a healthy thing. I don't have too much left over, I was being pretty generous with it tonight.
