Sierra Nevada Dank Little Thing (7.5% canned 10/?/23): A hazy IPA from California with Amarillo, Chinook, and CTZ for flavors of orange citrus, tangerine soap, lemon and pine. Dry and clean.

Lots of Celebration (I'll add @tekstr1der for appropriate timing on the post before me) on the threads lately and I'll get there eventually folks. For now, a new seasonal hazy from Sierra Nevada. I'm usually a sucker for a freshie I can get in a single, so not going to not try it, so here it goes....
West-coast hop flavors, but still a "hazy". Maybe another instance of one of those hazies masquerading as a WCIPA. It has classic Hazy Little Thing Flavors, but slightly less juicy and more dank like they described. I get more tangerine soap and lemon and pine. it's dry and clean. Not juicy, yet not bitter. We are in an IPA world where I don't know what this thing is. It drinks exactly as described though. It's Hazy Little Thing plus the classic, dank and soapy Sierra Nevada flavors, and this is it.

 

One of my favorite Scotch Ales, haven't seen it around for a while.

Randomly. This is all from my property. I have to be careful importing birch due to Copper Birch Borer. But yeah, it's a nice firewood and sweet smelling. I would take storm damaged birch but not dead or dying. Sadly, I might have some ash wood next yr due to emerald ash borer or EAB. Time will tell.

 

It is enlightening this year. Clouds part...1000 violins...

 

Fess up. You sound a lot like a French influencer for SN.

 

Ash is great i like to mix in a piece or 2 of birch ,its softer and the bark acts as kindling to get fire going.
