Full review linked here. This is a very sweet beer, a must for pastry stout fans. I would have liked more of the base beer shining through and balance, but this is a solid offering sold as advertised and I appreciate David selecting this whale for me in our earlier trade.

Leftovers this morning…

 

A Guinness with a Peet’s dark roast. Which I also ground the beans myself because why not.

those who know me know I’m a vegetarian. Have been for a while. For heart health. But some things I just couldn’t give up. Like this scrapple egg and cheese that my inside will definitely pay for later.



A hectic morning is hopefully done. I found out my kid is allergic to Cheetos or whatever is in them the hard way. Go to the bathroom for 2 minutes and come out to find she has a bag of Cheetos. I don’t know where she even got them I guess she didn’t like the fruit I cut up for her. Anyways in the matter of minutes her eye gets puffy and the hives happen. So after giving her medicine and a thousand phone calls she’s settled down. The redness is gone although some hives are still visible she’s playing back to her wild self. Those who have kids know you can’t even take a shit in peace man. Haha. Glad everything is ok.

Thanks man. Hectic morning. Had to vent about it haha. Kids absolutely get into EVERYTHING. nobody warned me haha. I caught her trying to clip her own nails the other day. She must watch where I hide the things she shouldn’t have.

Sounds like a can-do, independent personality. That’s a good thing, assuming you can get her to adulthood.

 

We are super close then. I'm right where Delco, Montco, and Chester counties meet. We probably shop from the same beer shops, ha!

 

She has the same auto immune issue my sister does so my family DNA must genetically carry it because I do not have this issue. Certain things with no apparent reason can set off hives and severe skin allergies. Sorry for over sharing. this is a constant thing you never know what can set off the reaction and unfortunately Cheetos did it. I disagree with kids having a large amount of junk food anyways so it’s a non issue for that.

 

Lol. She is definitely a fire ball. When she’s a grown adult I believe she’ll kick my ass even more so.

 

I hope to see that one here one day. The brewery didn’t even have it when we visited. Enjoy!
