I know my that my taste in music is significantly different than most folks here, but this is one of my favorite tunes that I've written. Of course, YMMV. I don't tend to follow trends.

The beard is almost certainly coming off.
As simple as you can get. A ton of garlic, olive oil, smoked paprika, white wine and oregano. Lots of S and P. For oven cooking I cook in cast iron. Flip so skin dries and force high broiler for a minute to crisp the skin. The whole house will smell like garlic and smoky paprika so if you don't like that.....
Marinate a min 12 hours and prick legs prior
My wife Is Portuguese but can barely cook. Certainly not her mother's food

 

Summit Saga Imperial IPA and my cubicle tonite. 1950's Gretsch drums and pre serial number Zildjian K bronze. I need to work on the tuning of the 2 tom tom's, otherwise they f'n rock. The Imp IPA offering is so damn smooth and at 9% it's the real deal. Cheers BAs! Colorful dreams to you all. I'm gonna have a couple more brews...I think.

Another Summit Saga Imperial IPA for me please. Rated the feel of this brew at 4.75 because it truly kicks ass. And I'm still kinda reeling from experiencing that rotten attempt at a Pilsner from Barrel Theory I had last night. I mean, seriously.
